We have voices that need to be expressed through positive, constructive, conducive means to BE/ BECOME WHO WE WERE CREATED TO BE. In our unity, there is POWER to move mountains WITHIN and WITHOUT.
Since my early childhood I've been physically active, whether it was Farming, Hunting, Track, Cheerleading, Modeling, Nutrition, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Law Enforcement Officer, Professional Truck Driver, and CrossFit Coaching (just to list a few).
Just recently, I've aligned with my gift to help myself and others restore and build the quality of life we were all meant to live, through reconnecting with the source of our ability to be, that is within ourselves.
My aim is to assist you in achieving function and pain-free movement patterns, as well as improving your health and quality of life in the area of guidance and instruction with workout program and design, auditing, meal planning, corrective exercise, and health & fitness coaching.
Be mindful it's a process. Come join me and let the journey begin!

As-Salaam Alaikum Beloved!!!
The ME Project is outstanding!!! It made me reflect on and assess my desires and needs that are right for me now in this chapter of my life, those that need to be reinterpreted, and those that are no longer parallel with my spiritual, physical, and mental axis.
The "Me" Project is non-descriptive (no adjectives). Reading and applying the work to oneself reveals how we will come to learn, know, and love oneself with confidence and understanding . Thank You for publishing The "ME" Project !!!
